Our name, Laavu, comes from the Finnish word for a simple lean-to shelter—a space of warmth, rest, and protection in the outdoors. Just like its namesake, our mobile sauna is designed to be a sanctuary: a welcoming place to recharge, wherever you are.

Regular sauna use has been shown to support circulation, aid muscle recovery, reduce stress, and promote deeper sleep. Laavu Saunas are lined with Himalayan salt creating a warm glow that helps promote relaxation.
